We’re Scott, Mike, and John — longtime friends and business partners with a shared passion for building, growing, and helping others succeed.

Our story began back in college, and what started as a friendship has evolved into a decades-long business partnership. Since 2005, we’ve worked together to build a diverse portfolio spanning real estate development, RV park operations, construction, and information technology.

Each of us brings a unique skill set to the table, and together, we’ve developed a practical, hands-on approach to turning ideas into successful ventures. Today, we’re using that collective experience to help others — whether you’re launching a new project, expanding a business, or navigating the challenges of development and operations.
